Mémoire Latente unfolds the relationship between lived reality and the digital world, where information is captured and attached to emotional experience. Collected over the past ten years, the images hold two dimensions of modern life: what each image has carried emotionally and personally, and what has been recorded around it as a trace in digital space. Neither provides a complete account on its own. By bringing these two forms of memory together one felt and the other registered the project allows them to meet without fully explaining one another.
